  yes it is safe, but there is nothing to do now here unless u want to see demonstrations :S.
  wait at least 2 months, then everything will get back to normal.

      come on suha, no body was expecting the war.
      but i am saying that if everything continues as is , things should get better in 2 months time.

        Of course no one was expecting the war! At least those of us who weren't directly involved didn't expect it. I'd like to share your optimism that things should get better in a couple of months, and I hope they do...but tell me, on what are you basing this projection of two months?

          i think things can't continue in lebanon like this for more than 2 months, they are trying to find a solution for the current situation in lebanon these days. so i don't think it will take more than 2 months.

            I was reading the Daily Star and it seems like the government and the opposition is getting closer to some kind of agreement. I hope you are right Imad because I'll be in Lebanon before the end of the year!!!

  NOT TODAY MAY 22, 2007... when is this all going to end?? it is sick and getting sicker, I just had a big fight with my mother in law last week, I wanted to take my daughter to visit for a month, and she started telling me how unsafe and unstable it is and that I shouldn't go bla..bla..bla ...
  it is so sad that her bla..bla..bla.. is a lot more true than my "don't worry, it's all going to be ok...bla bal bla.."
  I guess I will just go elsewhere.... :(
